First time visitor August

Hi! I have 2 weeks to travel in summer and was wondering if you recommend spending all 2 weeks in Azores or do I have time to visit madeira? I have barely done any research but before I do what's your recommendation? Also what's the best way to get to Azores? Flying in from NYC. Thanks hope to hear back soon!!!

Hi Brooke,

You could certainly spend time in the Azores and Madeira if you have two weeks.

I personally like to settle in just in the Azores and keep that to 2 or 3 islands. 2 weeks goes fast, especially when you consider travel days and recovering from jet lag.

I don't know if there are direct flights from NYC to the Azores. Check at https://www.azoresairlines.pt/. I know there are frequent direct flights from Boston and Toronto
