Hydrangeas
by: Anonymous

Please do not appreciate the hydrangeas too much, they are not endemic, are invasive and suppress native flora. Appreciate instead endemic species Viburnum treleasei, with beautiful white flowers and clusters of dark blue metallic fruits and evergreen foliage, decorative the whole year, contrary to Hydrangea. There are programs in place on the islands to irradicate the invasive Hydrangeas.
