Mt. Pico

I took this picture while at Horta marina on Faial.

The islands of Faial and Pico are only 6 km (4 miles) apart. There is a good ferry service (€ 3,50 per adult) between Faial and Pico, which takes about 30 minutes.

Thanks for sharing the picture! I love it!

I stood right there but do not have a picture of Pico from the marina. I can't recall if it was too cloudy or if I just forgot to take a picture because I was too eager to get on the ferry to Pico. Or maybe I was too eager to get a Carlsberg at one of the establishments by the marina ;-)
