Easter in the Azores

Hi Rob, thanks for answering my question on travel agents, we have booked a flight and also a cottage at Quinta Acacia for Easter so we will keep checking out your site and take notes to plan our activities. Any special restaurants to recommend on San Miquel ?

There is one that I always go to but can never remember its name. It's memorable because I failed in an attempt to order in Portuguese and received a beer mixed with orange juice ... if I remember the name I'll pass it on.

One of our favourites is Nacional in Ponta Delgada. It's a good place for a higher quality experience. And for a hearty, reasonably priced meal in a pub style atmosphere (Portuguese Pub style), try Mike's bar in Livramento.

Bonita and Eduino at Quinta das Acacias will be able to give you lots of ideas as well.
